Spotting 9 weeks

Hello im 9 weeks today an since Saturday I've been spotting I do have a uti an a yeast infection I just finished my meds for UTI today an I have to go pick up my meds tomorrow for my yeast infection I don't have any pain or discharge and its only when I clean myself and its not every time it just happens maybe 3 times a day if that has anyone else gone through this I did speak to a nurse at my drs office she didn't sound concerned at all but I geuss I just would like to hear from others an their experience thank you ❤
