I don’t know why people say pecon instead of pecan like there’s not an o in the word 😂.

Honest to god I try my hardest to never say pecan because I feel awkward saying it any way.

We served pecan pie at a restaurant I used to work for. By the time we got to desserts I judged their accent and spoke accordingly 😂 pee can for the southerners. Probably 3/10 times it came up as a conversation with them (hotel golf course restaurant so we had a lot of travelers from up north)
