I have been having some symptoms

So I have been Off birth control for about a year and a half now, me and my fiancé don’t use protection because we have gotten to the point where if it happens it happens and if it doesn’t it doesn’t, because this is god’s plan.

Well I have Had some symptoms the last few days, I’m not a 100% sure how many DPO I am because I feel like my app is not accurate right now for some reason, so I took a test today and this is what I got I feel like I see some thing but I also feel like it’s my eyes just playing tricks on me, any advice would be great!!
