Why did I get a yeast infection after two days of ovulation?

I heard that it’s common to get a yeast infection after ovulation. I also heard it’s an early pregnancy sign but o just had ovulation on the 4th. There’s no way my hormones would build up that quick. Has this happens to anyone else?
