Is E.L.F worth it?

I have very sensitive skin and i react to perfum and sents In products, i've heard elf as good products vegan and cruelty free.
If not please give me now options

Honestly, they are affordable enough that if you do have a reaction, you won’t be out much.

I only use Elf's Foundation Serum which is pretty good and goes on smoothly otherwise I can't really say I only ever used that one product I'm not too hugs on the brand

I have extremely sensitive skin and every makeup lotion soap dries my skin, breaks my skin out or completely destroys my skin ... makeup wise the best thing I’ve found that works is anything neutrogena !
