anyone not induced with their first but considering it for your second?

I was not induced with my first however it was a very long labour process. I contracted 2 days at home. then finally went in and I was 4 cm. i got the epidural right away which slowed me down. I ended up with pitocin which was not great but ok. and 26 hours after that I finally had her. 
Now here I am with my second and I want to be induced at 39 weeks. I am older now and my body is just tired and I cant breathe. My work is getting difficult and I only get 6 weeks so my time to take off before is limited. 
did anyone get induced with their second and the labour want that bad or as long??

I already asked my doctor if they would. This is my third, and it’s been super hard on my body. My work will only let me leave 2 weeks prior to delivery without an additional medical reason, so I want a date for 39 weeks so I can stop working a week earlier.

I’m planning on being induced with my second! My first was pretty easy, from first contraction until baby was born was 12 hours total. Although I am going to play it by ear leading up to 39 weeks. If my body is already showing signs of labor then I’m going to do it on March 29, if not I’ll wait until my due date (April 2) and if she isn’t here by then we will induce April 5. Also want to try and avoid April’s fools day lol

I was induced with my 2nd and not 1st by choice. Because I was so over it, I was way bigger, and my husband travels so my stress was so bad. They allowed cause (1) I was past 39wks -was 39w3d, (2) already dilated-I was a 3 for weeks, and (3) no pregnancy issues. It was an easy process and took the same  time as my first (natural induced labor), 8 hours from admittance to baby; 20 min of minimal pushing. I’d opt for it again if it comes to that this round :)

My first came on her own and I was induced with my second. My first time in labor was definitely worse than being induced. I was in labor for 12 hours and pushed for what seemed like forever and with my second 5 and a half hours in labor and 5 pushes.
