Is swollen, sore boobs and pain in nipples a pregnancy symptom?

Or just a period symptom. My boobs are usually sore before my period, but not bad enough to where I can’t lay on my stomach like now. And my nipples are sensitive and painful

They are progesterone symptoms but could also be pregnancy related if you have a positive test. If your pregnancy test is negative it’s just progesterone
