Does anyone has pain in arms after C section?. I had C section before 3 months. From the next day onwards I have pain in both the arms and feel very difficult while raising the arms above head when I try to wear dress. I have pain in both the thighs also. Initially I thought that the pain will automatically go away vas days go.. but I still feel the pain in arms and thighs even after 3 months of C section. Does anyone has the same feeling and pls give ur suggestions to get rid of this pain.. it’s horrible that sometimes I can’t change my dress without someone s help. Thanks in advance
