line progression?

going based off my last period which was february 9th , I believe I ovulated any day between 20-22 . I was supposed to start my period today, but was really sick to my stomach so two days ago took multiple test including 3 digitals and they all came out positive. I tried taking an amazon test this morning to see about line progression but didnt notice to a dark strong line should I be worried at all??

The amazon ones take forever to get dark. Here’s my pregmate brand. But my frer was faint but noticeable at 9 dpo and at 11 dpo the test line as as dark as the control line.

The cheap test sometimes take forever to darken. Here is mine for the last 6 days compared to first response.

I remember with my last pregnancy I tried using the Amazon ones and they were horrible for line progression.
