How frequently do you pump if you are exclusively pumping?

I’m getting tired of too frequent pumping. Is it just me? I exclusively pump coz my lo isn’t latching.

I selected every 6 hours but I don’t pump overnight. My LO started refusing to breastfeed when I went back to work so I exclusively pump now everyday at 6am when I wake up, at noon and 4pm while I’m at work and 9pm before bed. I pump about 38-42oz a day.

When I went back to work I dropped to four pumps a day. I pump at 6:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 3:30 p.m., and 9:00 p.m. I pump between 20 and 24oz a day. I had to stop pumping overnight, the lack of sleep was making me crazy.

Mmy current schedule is 6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm 6pm and 930pm. These are just loose I don't follow it strictly my 6pm pump usually isnt til 7 or 730 depending on bath and bedtime for my kids

I am fortunate that I have a good supply. I only pump 3x per day now. My daughter will be 7 month on Tuesday. I’m probably going to drop to 2x per day here soon.

Every 3 hours usually during the day and once at night so I’ll go like 6 or so hours without pumping

Most women need to pump at least 8 times a day to maintain supply.  More to increase.  When I was exclusively pumping, I pumped every 3 hours overnight and every 2 hours during the day but I was working on increasing supply.
