Confusing

Okay so I’m kinda confused at the moment. Based on my last period I should be 9 weeks 3 days. I had my first ultrasound last Thursday and there was no baby yet. So I had either miscarried weeks before or I was a lot earlier than we had thought. So skip to the last two days. I’ve been to two different malls and was walking around quite a bit. I’ve been resting every other day except those two day. I was not told to be on bed rest. But walking around the malls each day I started to bleed and cramp. When I rest I cramp but there’s no blood. But both days I walked around I bled. Anyone sure what’s going on?
