Super clingy and fussy

My girl has always been super easy and a little angel. She loves playing with anyone but can also play by herself for long periods of time. But in the past week she has begun to be super fussy and clingy. She wants to be held and cries when I put her down at all or even when I use my phone when holding her. She doesn't even want to be put down to sleep, which makes her even more fussy. She wants to be held and have my full attention at all times. I cant get anything done! Tips?
