2000mg or 4000mg Myo-inositol??
Hi ladies! Started taking myo-inositol mid-January to hopefully regulate my periods. Haven’t really seen that happen yet. I have PCOS and have heard this is a miracle vitamin lol.
A lot of dosages say to take 2000mg daily but all the research studies have said 4000mg? I was wondering what I should take. I’ve been doing 2000mg but it doesn’t feel like anything is really happening. I don’t take the d-chiro inositol cuz I heard that’s more for insulin resistance and I don’t have that type of PCOS.
If any of you take it, what do you guys use as a dose?
Thanks!
