So I’m needing some thoughts about something. I’m on birth control but I was taking some antibiotics amoxicillin because I had strep throat. During that time frame I was ovulating. My husband and I had sex and I completely forgot I was ovulating until the next day when I seen it on my calendar. It’s been about 3 weeks now and my period is next week. I’ve noticed this week that I’ve been waking up very nauseous, and getting nauseous throughout the day. I’ve had a horrible burning sensation in my vagina like a UTI and I’ve been peeing a lot. I’ve had a snot like discharge as well. It has a small funny smell to it but not bad at all. Yesterday my lower back hurt so bad that I wanted to cry. I feel so bloated and fat. My period is next week so trying to hold off until then to see if I could be pregnant. Mind you, I also have an ovarian cyst that frequently hurts (which yes I’ve been checked out and they said there’s nothing they can do unless it gets bigger). I’m just trying to get a sense of mind on how I’m feeling. All the women at my office at work keeps saying that it sounds like I’m pregnant. I’ve never been pregnant before so I don’t know the signs. I’ve also wanted to know that since then I’m not on antibiotics anymore and wanted to know if taking my birth control pills stop the conceiving? I take them every night and I’ve wanted to know will that effect any current pregnancy stages? I’m hoping i’ve worded this right so it makes sense. I would love to hear everyone’s thoughts so I can put my mind at ease a little bit!
