Anyone here claustrophobic? I had an MRI yesterday and had to bang on the damn machine for them to get me out 😩

Yes. And they usually give you a call button to press if you need out. No need to hit the machine. And if you tell them ahead of time they can try to get you into a half shell one if they can.

Ughhh yes since I was little. My stepdad used to take us on his business trips every time he went and we always stayed in these huuuuuge hotels. I was terrified of the elevators so he would walk the stairs with me each time. I never once took an elevator. Then when I was 23 I was somewhere with my mom and she wouldn’t walk the stairs with me so I was like ya know what? I’m too old for this lemme get on this elevator. AND THE ELEVATOR GOT STUCK. I cried. I hyperventilated. I acted a damn fool. 
The fire department came and pried the doors open and I shot tf out of there so fast. No Beuno

When I had them I would tell them to give me a few minutes to get ready... then they talked me through it... i actually found it pretty soothing.. close my eyes and meditate
