I'm 23 and I've had 2 major knee reconstruction surgeries on both knees. Unfortunately, they weren't very successful and I injured my knee a couple of weeks ago. I'm now in the process of undergoing tests to see if more surgery can be done. My job involves a lot of physical activity and today my knee hurt so badly I went pale and faint. I went home from work to rest it. I cannot get pain medication because it's the weekend, and the NHS are extremely busy with the coronavirus, so 111 have asked that unless I can't walk at all, I do not go to hospital.

I've just told my boyfriend and hes had ago at me and told me I'm ridiculous and unbelievable.
