Anyone had brown blood then good ending?

I am 5w3d and this morning had a brown bleed and mild cramping. It has stopped now and was mainly when I wiped. Nothing on the pad. I am so scared this could be another miscarriage 😭😭 has anyone had this then had a good ending?

I had this at 8 weeks and am now 27 with healthy bub. My first pregnancy ended at 6 weeks but that was bright red bleeding

I spotted brown starting week 10 through week 13...I had a healthy baby big at 39 +3 weeks, he turns 1 on the 18th!

I've had it go both ways. First time it got steadily heavier and redder over about 5 days and I miscarried. Second time it stayed light and brown and I had a healthy pregnancy and now have a healthy, 4 month old son. Keep an eye on it. If it gets steadily worse it probably isn't a good sign. If it doesn't get any worse you're probably okay.

I had some light spotting around 5 weeks and again at 15 weeks, the doctors didn’t know why but baby is perfect and measuring exactly where she should be at 18 weeks.
