Is he leaving me? UPDATED

I know you won't actually know but I'm trying to figure out wtf is going on in his head. What possibilities I need to expect.

My husband has been battling depression his entire life almost. We've been together half our lives. We are highschool sweethearts. 2 years ago we had our first LO and I went through PPD and frankly his depression got worse. Here we are 2 years later. We went through some rough patches adjusting to our new life with our beautiful baby. He has been really down the past couple days and won't talk to me. When I asked him and pushed a little harder today he said he has a lot he needs to think about and consider. Immediately my anxiety got the best of me and I asked if he was staying with me and his response was, "for now". I asked him if he loved me and he said he didn't know. We've been doing really great the last few months so I don't know where this is coming from. I really just need to vent. I can't picture my life without this man. He is my best friend. Thank you to everyone who commented. He finally came clean and told me everything. He fell in love with another women whom he hasn't even met yet because she lives in another country and is leaving me for her. 👍 Wish me luck.
