I was diagnosed 3 years ago with contamination OCD this is were I have fear of germs my normal trigger is the sickness bug but lately any form.of my children getting ill has been setting me off, my 3yo has just got over a cold and now she is poorly again she doesn't cope well with congested nose well this has sent my anxiety through the roof, I'm now concerned that all this anxiety and the physical symptoms I suffer with is gunna cause preterm labour does anywell else suffer or feel like this
