Baby sunscreen (10 months old)

Question

What are harmful things I should be looking out for when I pick out my sons sunscreen? 
And what are the important things that my son should have in his sunscreen? 
My son also has sort of sensitive skin, he has eczema.

1st rule to know which is so infuriating as a Dermtologist and cosmetologist don’t put anything above 30 on yourself or your baby any over that is just chemicals. You see proofing above because males know we all want the “maximum protection” and the “best” because higher the number the better right!?! WRONG!!! I can’t stress that enough. You want your sunscreen or block to be in range from 10-30 anything lower than 10 isn’t really doing it’s job because well think about it.
Even it “waterproof” which it isn’t.... every time you dip you see that rainbow on the water that’s the block washing off.
You must reapply after every dip/swim or sweats as well as when the time window up that says it last til.
You need after care too not just block.
This is a great product, I saw blue lizard that great too. I like a lot other brands but they make 50+ only and I might like the brand all around for everything else but I will not get anything over 30 ever

I don't know exactly what to look for but my second son has eczema and I use Babyganics sunscreen and it's never bothered him :)

My pediatrician recommended any kids/baby sunscreen that was mineral/zinc based. I found that many on the market included alcohol and other chemicals rather than just zinc. I ultimately found CerVe Baby and Neutrogena to be the ones I was most comfortable applying to my 4 month old. Between the two I like the Neutrogena better because it rubbed in fully and didn’t bother the eczema on my sons arms. I also use Neutrogena on my own face for sunscreen so I was comfortable with the brand! Beware that babyganics is full of chemicals. The chemicals I avoided when shopping were: oxybenzone, avobenzone, homosalate, octinoxate, octisalate, and octocrylene.
