Practice Contraction????

Last night I felt some pressure and my whole uterus tightened and was hard to the  touch, my sister says this is my body “practicing contractions”. I’m 23 weeks? Is it possible this soon?

Yep Braxton Hicks. Some people get them even much earlier than 23 weeks!

I’m only 21 weeks and I’m already getting them 😩 I had the same thing happen around this point with my first pregnancy. It doesn’t hurt but it’s uncomfortable. It only lasts a minute or so.

Thanks this is my first and just CRAZY I didn’t think I would feel it this early.

Braxton Hicks. I started getting them around 22-23 weeks with my first and already got them around 17 weeks with this baby.
