Do they have to give me a 30 day notice?

So a few months back my toddler and I moved back in with my parents because my fiancé fell behind in bills and has been catching up and I’ve been a stay at home mom for 2 years. Well since I’ve been living with my parents I can’t get a job or have anyone to watch my daughter so I can get one. I’ve been donating my plasma just for some extra money and my fiancé has been providing everything he can for us while still living here. He used our tax money to catch up on the rest of our bills and now my parents want to kick me and my toddler out and I can’t stay with my fiancé because the person he lives with doesn’t want my daughter there. We have to wait until Thursday to see if his check this week will be enough to move out on and if it’s not then we have to wait another 2 weeks until he gets paid again. I’m literally freaking out and need some advice. Don’t even try to attack me saying I’m a grown woman I need to get a job because it’s damn near impossible for me to.  
I can’t get a job because I don’t have a car and have no money to pay someone to watch her or put her in daycare. My fiancé lives in a different town so he can’t take me to work if I needed. I’d have to have to work a full time night shift every night because my mom would only be able to take me at night when she gets off work and pick me up when she goes to work. Also everything is like an hour walking distance.

apply for government assistance. daycare assistance. vouchers. anything. and then get a job. even if you don’t have a car, use public transportation, uber, something. hire a babysitter if that’s easier for your kid transportation wise. you need the extra money. and eventually save up for a car things will get a little easier. get all the financial help you can and find a decent paying job. work opposite shifts as your baby’s dad so you don’t need to pay someone else to watch them 24/7. you should feel lucky to have your parents and baby’s father around at all. i’m a single teen mom and i have to get things done too.

First, notify them in writing that they must be moved out within the next 30 days. If they still do not move out, notify them that you will pursue legal action (an eviction) in 3 days.***
You'll probably have to inform your parents of this. Make sure your fiance is actually getting a place for you guys. Cause after the above time frame you are SOL with your parents legally if they have you notice. They can then get the cops to get you out.

Was your initial question - do your parents have to give you thirty days notice?? Do you have a lease? Have you been paying rent? If not - no! There’s no arrangement.

You gotta look into government programs. 
Look you are an unemployed single mother (yes you are legally single cause you arent married). You probably qualify for a lot of stuff that could help you guys out. You need to apply to things. 
As far as your parents go and 30 days. Most likely if you want to make a thing out of it, they probably do need to give you 30 days or longer depending on how long you've been at their house. It really depends on the rules in the town you live. I would take a look into that. You may have to push the issue with them once you find out.
