Nuvaring 😣

Used the Nuvaring briefly (about 4-5 months.) Didn’t like it so I decided to stop. It has been about 6 months since I’ve stopped the Nuvaring. Since then, my periods have been extremely heavy and accompanied with big blood clots. Last period Feb. 21st. Lasted 4 days, stopped on the 5th day, started back spotting on the 6th day and I’ve been bleeding since. (today, makes it 2 weeks). Not heavily but enough to saturate a tampon in an entire day. Last Papsmear April 2019. The results were normal. I’ve scheduled an appointment with my Gyne. Has anyone else experienced heavy/long periods 6 months after Nuvaring?
