Managing anxiety during pregnancy

For those of you that suffer from anxiety, generalize anxiety disorder, or panic disorder outside of pregnancy how are you handling it during pregnancy? I’ve been really struggling the past couple of weeks but my normal coping techniques don’t seem to be working. Any advice on how to get through this without losing my mind ?!
