Sinus Before Cycle

Hi, have anyone ever gotten sick a day before their Cycle?

Sick as in headache, nose running, weak, tummy pains.. I usually get sore boobs before my period that’s when I knew it was coming but this time that didn’t happen actually I’ve been having little pains in my pelvic for a couple of days not but it’s not a bad pain although it comes and goes. Also I keep getting wet in between thinking my period had started unexpectedly. My hubby & I started trying this month for our second baby... I will not test until I miss my period because I don’t want to be heart broken. Last year in April I had an ectopic pregnancy which lead to my right tube removal.. Its a scary feeling but I want to give my first baby a sister or brother... baby dust to us another thing I’ve been waking up starving like I haven’t eaten the day before 🤔
