Is it possible to ovulate twice a cycle ?

I never get really strong positives during my cycle so I believe I ovulated on the 1st. My lines  got faint and I just usually test until 5 days before my period just in case. Today I got a positive on my test. My period was weird also literally bled for over a week which is unusually for my 4 days cycle. Maybe I didn’t ovulate at all I’m so confused

A faint line isn’t positive they always have 2 lines. Your test line need to be as dark as the control line or test line darker then the control. Try pre mom app and make sure your testing 2 times a day

You would need to be temping to know if and when you ovulated. Opks only let you know when your about to ovulate. You don’t test with opks on your period as your can get an LH surge before and after your period. You need to test 2 days after your period. You can spot with ovulation or bleed so maybe that’s what you seeing and it’s not your period.  If you temp while using opks you will know your cycle better. Yes. But if you ovulate more than once, it is still within 24 hours of each other.
LH is a hormone that goes up and down in a cycle, and it is proven that only the first up is happening before ovulation. So therefore it is reccomended to stop testing at all after the first one.
