I’m now 8 days late , feeling very sick and keep cramping, I took tests when I was 2 days late a got really faint positives, I’ve since taken 2 digital tests and they’ve both come back not pregnant , does this mean I’m out or do I just need to wait longer

I’m kinda of lost now and unsure of what to do
