Acne Blemishes wtf is it?!!! Baby acne?

Literally this happened with my second pregnancy. Currently on my 3rd. They’re like dry patches not pimple pimple. any remedies??? 
had a girl in my second this one idk yet...

I've had them too, doesn't seem to matter gender. Had it with my girl, and now pregnant with a boy. Trying to clean your face and put moisturizer on, but unfortunately sometimes it just doesn't help.
