You're pregnant thats all that matters. My line would sometimes look lighter and I'd freak out and post on here but ultimately all was well and now have a 1.5 year old.
Lot of it depends on time of day and how diluted the hcg is in the urine, also different tests even from same brand might have slightly more or less dye in them.

Progression doesn't mean anything. My test line was darker than the control line on the days right before my hcg was dropping and remained that way for a long time. I had an ectopic. It really messed with me to see those lines so dark when I knew that I was losing my baby. Aside from that, the slightest change in the dilution of your urine could make that line lighter which would make you needlessly worry. Just don't worry mama. You're pregnant and I pray that you'll stay pregnant. I'm sure that you will. Please stop testing to save your sanity. Just enjoy your pregnancy and stop worrying. Have faith that everything will be okay. These tests tell you nothing. All you're doing is wasting $9 on a box of tests that won't give you any new answers. Congrats on your pregnancy! I pray that I'll get mine this month too. I'm sending prayers and love your way!💕
