For those who don't use dental picks, do you wrap the floss around your fingers when you floss?

Wtff I just found out my husband just fuggin holds the floss and doesn't wrap it around his fingers to keep the floss in place. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Oh boy. Popping the floss through the contacts is def better than nothing, but he’s not getting as much out as wrapping is and being more aggressive at the gum line. The BEST thing you can do is floss AND use proxy brushes. They scrub between the teeth and tone the gums. They come in several different sizes and you can get a ton of them on Amazon for pretty cheap.￼ When you start using them, you’ll be stunned at how much food the floss leaves behind.
