Would you still travel? (Read description)

Question

I’m 17.4 pregnant, planned to travel next week at 18 weeks to Abu Dhabi/Dubai for 10 days, for our wedding anniversary/babymoon. I’m generally healthy, low risk pregnancy, rarely get sick. Obviously given the coronavirus situation we’re questioning the trip now. The airline would refund us £400 over the £680 we paid, and we haven’t paid for hotels or anything else yet. Would you still travel?

My SIL just came back from there and her little girl is now ill and now waiting for the results it’s scary. It’s getting worse over there and quite a few hotels have been on lockdown so for me I absolutely wouldn’t go and I definitely wouldn’t be getting on a plane but it’s very much up to you

I wouldn’t just because of being pregnant. Your much more at risk than anyone else so it’s safer not too. Especially if you can get most of the money you’ve paid so far back/not paid for hotels yet. So many countries are keeping it quiet and it’s really hard to avoid as the symptoms aren’t obvious before being contagious
