Cramp hack!
Hey guys! I was having the worst cramps today and I didn't have any pain pills on hand neither was I in a position to go and buy some. So here is what worked for me, it may help you guys as well if y'all are in a similar position.
So,
1. I had severe cramps, nausea and Diarrhoea.
2. I started off by doing some simple stretches like child's pose, puppy posture.
3. With the help of a hot water bag I did these stretches again. After the stretches I massaged and stimulated some period pain related pressure points ( you may search 'accupressure for period pain' on Google)
4. I drank a glass of homemade orange juice. (Note it may be a good idea to visit the washroom after this)
5.I lied down on my bed along with my hot water bag. I would use the hot water bag for a while and then turn over and sleep on my stomach. If the pain returned I would repeat this step. I kept doing this until I fell asleep.
After waking up I had no cramps whatsoever!
Note: different bodies respond differently to different situations. This may or may not work for you. Feel free to edit this routine according to your situation. Hope this helps❤️
