I'm 39 weeks at the moment. When I was very early on i could tell what ovary released the egg as it would give me sharp pain that i needed to press on to relieve it and then a little bit further on i got period like cramps that were quite painful for a day and it freaked me out as it was our second baby after a miscarriage so i thought the worst was happening again but it's just your body stretching and growing.
