My family has a history of medical mysteries, so let me start there.

Every now and then, I get abdominal pain that is on either my right or left side. Two ER visits have not provided answers. I never made the follow up appointment because of a bill. They ruled out the scary stuff early on. Anyway, that hits from time to time, usually around ovulation. I take some Motrin and rest.

Last night, I had a similar pain on my left side, abdominal area. Severe pain for about half an hour. I'm 6-7 dpo, and I was afraid to take any meds on the off chance that it might be implantation.

I realize it's likely not that, but I have heard of cramps that were attributed to implantation. What do you guys think? Medical mystery? Or maybe implantation?
