Miscarriage 😭

I found out I was pregnant last week. Was so excited! My daughter is 5 months old now. I know it was a little fast but this morning I woke up and was bleeding pretty bad. I was supposed to have my first ultrasound today but my OB canceled it when I told them I’m bleeding with clots. They want me to repeat my HCG levels on Friday. The first ones were only 25.. that’s so low. Idk if we should’ve done the ultrasound or if there’s no point cause I’ve most likely miscarried. 😭 anyways , I know there’s a plan and sometimes things don’t work out like they should. But we are still super sad about it.
