My hips have been hurting and I’m not sure why they are hurting this early. Does anyone else’s hips hurt I’m 13 w 2 days.

I agree with heating pad. Don’t do ice if your hip gets stiff! I found that ice makes it worse for some reason.
I sleep with a pillow between my legs to keep the hip joints straight. It has helped me a lot. After a 12 hour shift I get pretty uncomfortable hip pain no matter what, but it helps start my morning more comfortably. I have issues with my hips prior to pregnancy though. I used to do competitive distance running...terrible for your bones and ligaments over many years 🙄

Yep i use heating pad every night , previous pregnancy i suffered from sciatic nerve so i think it’s coming back Smfh
