My last period was February 19-24. A week ago I had watery discharge. Yesterday I had stretchy discharge. Today I have been having very bad gas, cramps below my stomach, and tired. I have noticed that I am not spotting or bleeding. That is unusual for me to have cramps and no blood. Does this sound like PCOS symptoms? Period coming? I do have PCOS and I'm not on medication.
