We are all over the place 😂😂.What is your toddlers feeding and sleep schedule?

We were pretty all over the place too. But after sleep training we decided to get a better schedule in place, particularly for her naps. That way her sleep schedule is consistent and she knows when to expect it. For the last week we’ve gotten a pretty good schedule down...
Wake up between 7:30/8:30
Breakfast served with whole milk 8:30/9
Sometimes a snack between breakfast and lunch, usually depends on how well she ate breakfast
Lunch served with juice or water between 11:30/12:30
Nap starting around 12:30/1 (usually about 30 min after lunch) for about 2-3 hours and not letting her sleep past 4:30
Snack when she wakes up
Dinner served with whole milk around 5:30/6
Starting bedtime routine 7:15/7:30
In bed by 8pm
She’s been sleeping all night since sleep training about a month ago, but her naps went to crap... since nailing down her nap times and having more of a routine, she now takes longer, more restful naps. It’s been a game changer.

Generally sleeps 7/7:30pn-7am. She eats breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks throughout the day when needed. She typically goes down for a nap around 12:30. Ideally she'd sleep till 2:30 but I'm lucky if she sleeps until 1:45. She gets a bottle of milk before her nap and another before bed. She usually sleeps through the night but occasionally wakes up once. I do offer half a bottle if she wakes in the middle of the night.

My guy usually sleeps from about 7/7:30-7.  He sleeps through the night but occasionally will wake up once.  I nurse him when he wakes up.  He has a bottle around 9:30, 2:30 and shortly before bed.  He eats 2, sometimes 3 meals a day and snacks.
