Anyone ever get a late period and negatives test, but end up testing positive with either hpt or blood?

I’m 15 dpo 5 days late for my period and still testing negative. Dr appointment tomorrow

I’m currently 4 days late today had all negative tests, but, have mild cramping off and on feeling my body is trying to start, but, nothing happens. I am going to wait till the end of the week to take another test IF AF doesn’t show up. I’ve never been more than 5 days late before. So that’s why I’m holding off on testing till then. I am going through this right now. I am currently 16 DPO and 4 days late I have taken several pregnancy test and all where negative but the first response I took last night has a very faint line on it. It’s the picture below it’s very hard to see it in the picture unless you zoom in but in person it’s there. Today I have had mild cramps in my stomach and some pain in my lower back (what seems like a period) but nothing has come today. I have been nauseous off and on through out the day.......I’m waiting till the end of the week to see what happens before I call my doctor. Let me know what you find out, hope you get your little angel 🥰🥰
