Anyone down to one nap?

We transitioned to one nap because bedtime was getting too late for the 4 hr wake windows, plus she kept waking up around 4 or 5 😱
Now her naps are only 1-2 hrs and I'm having the opposite problem of her going to sleep after being awake for 6-7 hrs. Also, she's still waking at 5am 😭😭 
How long are your littles napping?

We've been doing 1 nap for about a month. He usually goes down shortly after lunch and sleeps around 2 hours. So like 1230 - 230. He goes to bed at 8 & gets up around 7 or 8am.

Yes! My daughter has been down to 1 nap shortly after she turned one, she sleeps from 1-3 and sleeps about 12 hours at night! She does not like her schedule messed with 🤣🤣

My son usually takes one nap and then sleeps 6pm-6am. Occasionally he has two naps.

My daughter did so well on 2 naps and between the 2 would sleep usually at least 3 hours. Since transitioning to 1 nap because she was nap striking she will only nap for about an hour to hour and a half. It’s frustrating and now sometimes I have to get her to bed by 6:30 cause she’s SO tired. It’s been a struggle trying to get this 1 nap schedule down.

My daughters been doing one nap since about 12 months. Wakes up anywhere from 7:30-9am. Naps around 1:30 for 2-2.5 hours. Sometimes 3 hours. Bed by 8-8:30pm.

My son does one nap at daycare & 2 naps at home. He does better still with 2 naps. By the end of the day with one nap he’s a mess. He goes to daycare 4 days a week.

My son takes one nap a day. I usually put him down at 10-10:30 and he will usually sleep till 12 or 1:00 then that’s it no more naps. I put him in bed every night at 8:00. He sleeps through the night pretty much now. He usually wakes up between 7-7:30.

We started a new daycare and she went to the next room up so she just jumped on their schedule. Wake up at 6:30 on weekdays at least, nap between 12/12:30-2 ish (she'll sleep 1.5hours at daycare now!) on weekends she'll sleep longer.. Bed four to five hours after she wakes between 6&7. It's working well for us now.
