Little blood.

Hi me & my husband have been casually ttc I had my period 12th of Feb & my app says I am due the 15th March but yesterday I saw what looks like a little blood when I wiped only once nothing since plus I feel nauseous & cant eat a lot. My boobs really hurt at the moment... am I reading too much into this? My son is almost 4 but he was a surprise pregnancy.
