My girl is 9 weeks and I stay home with her. My husband works and is gone for about 12 hours everyday M-F. He puts her to bed so I can get a few consecutive hours of sleep. She cries every day when he handles her. She will eventually settle but I feel terrible but I can’t be the only one who cares for her when he’s willing and able. Is anyone else’s baby doing this too? It seems too early for separation anxiety and he’s a great dad and is so patient. I just don’t know how to help it.
