1st baby

So I never had problems making milk the whole 3 months

Now I noticed my nipples are like ripped/cut from the pump (baby was in nicu so I could only pump) and now that he’s home I’m not making any milk I have the tea that’s supposed to help but it’s not working

Wht can I do to heal up my nipples

When I breastfeeding it doesn’t hurt it burns afterwards and ig there skin that comes off so I stopped breastfeeding

But when I pump it hurts the whole time and not even an oz comes out

The powder milk has him throwing up more and he hasn’t pooped since he had my breast milk
