help! tattoo ideas for my son! / show me yours?

i want to get a tattoo for my son, maybe two. so basically..

i would like his name, maybe birthdate? on my arm somewhere. i think i’m pretty set on my arm for it. down the inside of it maybe? i know i definitely want it in cursive script. his name is asante. pretty short. middle name carmelo, and he has both me and his father’s last name.

i kind of want it to go all the way down from wrist to elbow fold but in delicate spacy script. should i do first and middle? include the date? (idk how i feel about the look of numbers)

and the reason i say maybe two is because i’ve been wanting a tattoo behind my ear for the longest time. i’ve been thinking a small flower or plant or something. so i figured i’d get his birth flower, sweet pea. good idea or no?

mostly i need help with the name/arm one. any advice or ideas are appreciated!
