I am almost 37 weeks pregnant and my company sprung a PIP on me.

I work for a startup and do “security” and I knew something was up because my hr rep, boss (ceo) and project lead were ghosting me so I started looking at some logs and low and behold I find a PIP with my damn name on it.

I work remote for a startup and I actually work very hard.

They lied to me about it until I was like why is there a pip with my name on it. I have never had any verbal counseling. Always do my tasks before deadlines and even do tasks outside of my scope and get them done.

My project lead is around 10% of the time always some family drama or something. Anyway she is always throwing random stuff at me and then I do it, ask for review and she goes MIA, and then the task or item dies at her.

She says she wants someone who can run with the tasks, I asked what tasks I haven’t done to her liking and she said well these last two weeks were good.

Sadly I have to look for a new job but whenever says when can you start it is like um... is this remote, otherwise .. in two to three months..

Just seems so weird like I actually have never not done something she asked.

Kind of feels like a set up.

Like hey BTW. I know you are about to have a ton of your plate, I am going to say I don’t think you are good for this job because of no valid reasons or proof, but I would like you to read my mind everyday to prevent me from firing you in X days.
