My 81 year old stepfather came over to help my husband and I with the yard to get ready for the year. His knee kept giving out and he was using a self-propel lawnmower. I took over since the husband was raking leaves. I am not sure what I did. I was bending down a lot to pick up sticks and mowing the yard. My left hip hurts and it sometimes goes into my left side of my abdomen. It has been since Saturday. I will be 16 weeks on Thursday. Not sure what I can do to ease this pain.
