Just proud of my accomplishments
Pretty happy with my results from going to the gym everyday instead of just a couple of days throughout the week. Mainly focused on toning, losing fat, and my diet. I went from 127 to 122 and got a booty to go with it 🍑

To those who think I’m too skinny or unhealthy, I’m not. I’ve seen my doctor and dietician and have been told I’m at the healthiest they’ve seen me.
While I wasn’t overweight or fat, I did have fat that I didn’t want and brought it up with my dietician who gave me advice on what I can do to eat healthier and also give me what i need to gain some muscle and tone while stay away from certain foods that I have allergies or intolerances for.
My doctor understands that I had a slim/lean build to begin with and knows that I was looking to get in shape and that losing fat would be apart of that before gaining some back in muscle. I am currently at 125 and have gotten more muscle since weighing myself about 2 weeks ago.
Now for everyone thinking I’m sucking in, I’m not. I’m flexing and actually exhaling. I’m turning my upper body toward the mirror a bit and that makes my upper half look bigger and my waist look smaller. I also have a lot of muscle on my lats, so it also makes me look bigger. I’ve also had surgery on my left rib cage because of a car accident that that broke some ribs and they healed funny. So it’s slightly misshapen. Didn’t think it was necessary to explain anything, but I’m getting tired of all the comments over it.
