I work at a pizza delivery chain. I normally work 32-38 hours a week. Last week I had to cover four days for someone who didn’t feel well. I never knew this ahead of time and so for those four days I went in thinking I’d only work about 6-7 hours. Instead, for those four days, I went in from 4pm to almost 3am in the morning! I go to school, so this was so inconvenient for me and I was exhausted. I let the scheduling manager know I really didn’t want to take on this type of schedule (he asked what I thought about the hours) and he seemed really insulted. Then this past Sunday I look at my schedule and see I’m only working 20hrs and have two days taken off my schedule without my knowledge...

Who should I speak to about this? I messaged the shift manager and he left me on read :(
