nexplanon spotting

i’ve had the nexplanon implant since december 2nd and spotted every single day after i got it. the first week of february my gyno put me on the pill and the spotting finally stopped, but once i finished them it came back and has become an every day thing again. anyone else experienced the same thing or know how long it takes your body to regulate with it?
