Crying it out

So I really DIDN’T want this to be an option but I feel like I have no choice...my baby the past few weeks is only napping maybe once for like 30-45 minutes a day...is this normal? Sometimes he’ll fall asleep in my arms but then freak out as soon as I lay him down 😓

I feel like I’m seriously drowning.
